For whatever reason, I have a fondness of drawing tentacles (and the occasional octopus). When I made this track back in 2019, I had recently heard a friend give a talk about creativity and one of his points was "don't be an octopus".
I'm not sure if this thought originated with him, but the idea is that an octopus has several limbs out there moving about in open water. The octopus can move and move and point its limbs in several directions without actually going anywhere.
I have no idea if this is an actual fact about the octopus; they could very well be effective and efficient travelers. The word picture, however, grabbed me and thus, I named this track to represent this idea.
